A photographer and mariner based in the UK, documenting my travels across the globe from polar regions to journeys across turbulent seas.
Having always had a passion for the outdoors and especially the ocean. It fascinates me what is out there and the ever changing landscapes we pass through.
I’ve gained a vast amount of experience learning about the ocean from surfing at a young age to now navigating through and registering thousands of miles at sea on a variety of different vessels. Navigating these seas is a challenging task but it is something about this challenge that keeps me motivated.
As well as this I have gained over 10 years experience as an electrical engineer, working for one of the most prestigious luxury yacht manufacturers in the world. I regularly skipper the vessels and thrive from the responsibility and challenges this brings.
A few years ago I found myself documenting what I see through my eyes, so others can also witness this. I love being able to share the places I have been too and the raw beauty that not everyone gets to enjoy.
In recent years I have felt an attraction to more polar regions, I find the landscapes mesmerizing and the people welcoming. It’s an area I feel still offers so much to be discovered with many hidden gems hiding away still.
Whether it’s the Polar nights in the Arctic circle or the tropical rainforests of the Azores archipelago, I hope to find a way to show its beauty to everyone.
